We Came Across an Invoice from 1956?

Minters of Deal have been around for a long time. You probably already know that we are celebrating our 100th birthday in 2020. So it stands to reason that there is paperwork going back quite a way.

Whilst clearing out some storage we came across this invoice from May 15th 1956 which shows an invoice for Mrs Philbrick of Osbourne Road, Willesboro.

£6 Removal Fee

The work that was being asked of us was the removal of household furniture and effect from Willesboro to Western Road, Deal and the cost of the removal was £6 0s 0d.
